At PBMA, we understand that every business has unique financial needs and circumstances. While the outlined payment structure provides clarity and consistency, we are always open to creating customized payment plans that better suit your situation. Milestone Payments:
Following the downpayment, milestone payments are due at key phases:
-
At the end of Month 1, upon approval of the brand design concepts.
-
At the end of Month 2, upon completion of the website’s core structure and functionality.
-
At the end of Month 3, upon final delivery of the complete website and brand kit.
Phase Timeline:
-
Weeks 1-2: Initial consultation, contract signing, and brand development kickoff.
-
Weeks 3-4: Delivery and approval of brand design concepts, revisions included.
-
Month 2: Development of website core structure and functionality.
-
Month 3: Finalization and delivery of the complete website and brand kit.
Revisions and Additional Costs:
The package includes up to three revisions during the design concept phase. Any additional revisions will incur a fee, which will be added to the next milestone payment.
Optional Ongoing Services:
Clients who choose ongoing support services, including monthly advertisements and SEO-rich blogs, will be billed at a monthly rate, starting after the initial six-month period.
Non-Refundable Payments:
The downpayment is non-refundable. Milestone payments are non-refundable once work corresponding to the specific milestone is approved and completed.
Late Payments and Project Delays:
Timely payments are critical to maintaining project momentum. Any delay in payments may result in a delay of project deliverables. If payments are not received within 30 days of the due date, PBMA reserves the right to suspend the project until payment is received.
This payment policy ensures transparency and clear expectations while allowing flexibility to meet your business's needs.
